God’s Grace – You Just Can’t Get Enough Of It!

Without GraceGrace is quite a common word to just about everyone

It exists in many different languages. It’s also a

word used by a lot of people including people that have never experienced it.

I remember growing up and having to recite the song “Amazing Grace,” and in later years, the late Whitney Houston made it even more popular when she rendered a beautiful rendition in one of her blockbuster movies.

As a person, a Christ-follower and servant in church, I’ve contemplated grace, heard it preached and taught, experienced it, spoken and taught about it many times.

And here’s the interesting thing…I’ve not once ever felt like I’ve heard enough about the topic. I’ve not once rolled my eyes and said to myself,

“Really, we’re going to hear about grace again?”

The Core Truth About Grace

‘Grace’ is not the same thing as ‘Mercy,’ and I’ll be honest with you, I can’t seem to get enough the core truth about God’s grace as expressed

Something that makes grace so awesomely amazing is how multifaceted it is.

Unmerited Favor

Grace is the totally unmerited favor of God. It’s God granting you, me and everyone else on the planet His love and His forgiveness.

Unearned Blessing

It’s also the unearned blessing of God that goes way beyond our strengths, our natural abilities or our performance, our strengths, or our abilities. Grace is indeed the power of God made perfect in our weaknesses.

But that’s not all..

Grace is also the touch of the creator on the lives of those who are in desperate situations, who feel their life is broken in some way.

If you feel like your life isn’t going ‘according to plan’ right now, or if you’re seeking a breakthrough in your relationships, finances, your personal or professional life, you can bring about that touch by seeking God’s grace in prayer.

It doesn’t need to

be anything ‘over the top’ because God knows what you need and will answer your prayers when you ask Him for His grace…but you’ve got to ask so you can make it so.
